*** NEW MUSIC, LIL MAMA "SAUSAGE" ****

Is it me, but this song is everything, Lil Mamma did her thing the song is bananas and the video is epic.  After her stunt back in the day with Jay Z and Alica keys ( which I feel wasn't that bad) Lil Mamma has been moving in silence gaining her way back to the top of the rap game society and I think this record is definitely note worthy and banging. I'm loving this start to finish , let me know if you all like it. 

***DRAKE AND MADONNA AWKWARD KISS AT COACHELLA***

 

Okay so by no we are not shocked at random celebrities kissing on stage as part of a performance, but this right here was hilarious and I bet a bit embarrass for Madonna ( who struggles to stay relevant) . According to sources Drake had a performance at Coachella Music festival in California and he and Madonna planned on doing a song together and surprising the audience, but Madonna took it a step further surprising drake with a long steamy awkward kiss that Drake was not prepared for apparently he made the worst face possible when receiving a kiss. (I got you, the video is below)

His face is priceless, he wasn't ready!!! 

*** BET HIPHOP AWARDS 2014 RUNDOWN, GOOD BAD AND UGLY***

The 2014 Bet HipHop Awards was great I would say that is was successful, no known incidences that popped off like other years. Okay so of course Uncle snoop did his thing as the host and his skits with Nia Long was so hilarious one of the best parts of the show to lighten up the audience. The show started with Rae Sremmurd No Flex Zone a good performance, its good to see artist on stage enjoying their music and dancing to it. So lets run down some the winners real quick and get back into the show it self:
Best group Collab- My Ni**A with YG, Jeezy and Rich Homie Quan
Best Hip Hop Video- Drake
Best Performer- Kanye West
Best Lyracist - Kendrick Lamar
Best Dj and producer of the year- DJ Mustard

THE GOOD

The second Cyper of the Night was Tyalor Gang with Wiz Kahlifa, Juicy J , Ty Dollar Sign was ok not the best of the night, but what really caught my attention was how damn tight Wiz pants was I mean really.

The third Cyper with was good to, the person that stood out the most to me was Snow Tha Product she is bannanas wit her flow and buss shots at Joseline Hernandez from LHHATL. Treach from Naughty By Nature did his thing let the young heads know that he cam still get it. But really the highlight of this cypher was the homie David Banner who had his professor outfit on and definitely dropped some knowledge. ( check out this cypher below).

The fourth Cypher did not disapoint with Dee1, Logic, Troy Ave who did his thing, Lil Mamma represented for Harlem and did her thing but the highlight was the female MC Detriot Che she is someone to look out for she definitely killed the cypher.

Now other than the Remy and Papoose cypher the best cypher of the night was the live Cypher on stage with Murda Mook they ate everybody food check it out....

THE BAD

I would say the bad was the Migos Performance I think they could have done more with their performance like have dancers or some ish, it was lame.

Rich gang performance was a bit mediocre as well the only good thing was we got to witness some secret hand shake between Babe and Thugger that was either and initiation into a gang or just a very elaborate hand shake, the fact that they both took time out to learn that was interesting. 

THE UGLY

Usually I would not classify this performance as ugly it was actually great I enjoyed it. Brandy, Queen Latifah, Mc Lyte and Yo Yo performed " I want to be down" and although most of the older crowd enjoyed it, the youngsters did not show to much luv  and I think it was a bit long and dragged out with not much energy from the performers them selves. This is why I would consider it the ulgly.

***MOAMMAR GADHAFI DEAD***

CNN confirms that Gadhafi has been killed supposedly by NATO forces, he died apparently from complications of wounds that he sustained as he tried to flee. Reports say that they attempted to take him alive but the injuries were to severe for him to survive. Apparently he died in Sirte, Libya, he was shot in the legs and in the head. Although a man has just lost is life many in Tripoli is rejoicing and celebrating his death.

RAPPER TI RELEASED FROM PRISON *** FIRST INTERVIEW***

TI celebrationing with family and friends at one of his three welcome home parties. All I have to say is I'm not mad at you Tip, get your party and family on. ironically TI release comes on the very weekend of the BET Hip Hop Awards ( if you can remember it was about three years ago when this very same awards show weekend landed him in trouble, that he just got over the residual consequences of) So welcome home TI. You can see his very first radio interview on v103 below.

*** UPDATE *** THE PRESIDENT AND THE DEBT CEILING

UPDATE

About a two weeks ago Queen Neeka reported on the Debt ceiling issue and the fact that the President walked out of a meeting because the Republicans were not doing what they said they would, the deadline for both parties to come to an agreement was yesterday 8/01/11 they came to an agreement on Sunday 7/31/11. Is it me or does Congress and the Senate play to many games, they waited until the last minute.  I don't know about you all but I'm really starting to loose trust in them, not the President but those who think its cute to play games because they don't want to help Obama resolve anything, the conniving nature of the present Republicans in Congress is repulsive, we the American people suffer because of their bull sh**. ( Did you know that had they not made a decision we would have been truly up the creek, our dollar would have declined in value and our interest rates would have sky rocketed). The economy is already jacked up we cannot afford any more hits, ( Now I'm not in total agreeance with raising the debt ceiling, but its better than not doing anything) "Nothing beats a failure but a try".
