Serena Williams leaving a Florida hospital after checking in on her friend Sean Kingston who had a jet ski accident this weekend. According to the reports the singer was riding with a female friend when his jet ski hit a bridge support throwing him and his companion into the water her was picked up by a close by boater who saw the accident Sean was spitting up blood and he is still listed in critical condition. i really hope he makes it...
